Requirements
- Deep, proven expertise in residential remodeling and multi-trade repairs.
- Business-minded attitude: Accountable, punctual, highly reliable, and comfortable using modern technology to track operations.
- Capability to work year-round in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 3 stories.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving history check.
- High professional standards with impeccable integrity and ethics.
- Professional communication and appearance.
- Must wear branded clothing and maintain tight grooming standards (men must be clean-shaven or have a well-kept goatee/mustache only—no full beards).
Responsibilities
- Lead residential repair and remodeling projects across multiple structural trades, including high-end carpentry, drywall, basic electrical, painting, plumbing, roofing, and tiling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring premium project execution from start to finish.
- Interact directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Transition into dedicated project management, training, or operational leadership roles.
- Potentially become a fractional owner within the company after 3 years of service.
- Stand up, launch, and run a brand-new ProMaster office in an entirely new territory as an equity partner.
