Requirements

  • Deep, proven expertise in residential remodeling and multi-trade repairs.
  • Business-minded attitude: Accountable, punctual, highly reliable, and comfortable using modern technology to track operations.
  • Capability to work year-round in varying weather conditions and work comfortably at heights up to 3 stories.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving history check.
  • High professional standards with impeccable integrity and ethics.
  • Professional communication and appearance.
  • Must wear branded clothing and maintain tight grooming standards (men must be clean-shaven or have a well-kept goatee/mustache only—no full beards).

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential repair and remodeling projects across multiple structural trades, including high-end carpentry, drywall, basic electrical, painting, plumbing, roofing, and tiling.
  • Act as the face of the project, interacting directly with clients to ensure premium execution from start to finish.
