About The Position

PROtect, LLC is seeking motivated Level I and Level II Computed Radiography (CR) / Digital Radiography (DR) Technicians to join their team in Lenexa, Kansas. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Must be insurable under PROtect, LLC's insurance policy
State Card required
Level I or Level II RT Certification with CR/DR
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Non-Destructive Testing

Nice To Haves

Additional certifications in UTT, MT, and PT are preferred for Level I candidates and required for Level II candidates.
Strong understanding of NDT methods and inspection procedures
Mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Perform NDT inspections using Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Radiography (CR).
Utilize additional NDT methods as qualified, including RT, UTT, MT, and PT.
Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain NDT equipment.
Identify and document defects in materials and components.
Complete inspection reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time.
Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
Follow all company and customer safety procedures.
Level II Technicians may provide guidance, mentoring, and instruction to Level I technicians and assistants.
Perform general equipment inspections, vehicle maintenance, and housekeeping duties.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
