About The Position
This position requires 100% traveling availability and will be site-based according to open construction projects. The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX is looking for a Technical Supervisor with expertise in the Installation and Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.
Requirements
- Technician Tech III Level (or comparable)
- Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project
- Performed Mechanical Walkdowns
- Ran a Turbine Commissioning Crew
- Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset
- Natural Leadership Skills
- SAP and Procore Training
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.
- Act as the right hand of the Construction Manager.
- Plan all day-to-day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
- Mentor, train, and coach site personnel.
