After go-live, you will become the on-site technical owner and people leader, responsible for instrument performance, testing quality, inspection readiness, and the development of the Laboratory Technologist team. You will partner with the Head of Labs for multi-site oversight and final regulatory sign-off, but the day-to-day operations of the lab and its team will be your responsibility.

  • Active New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (generalist).

  • Establish SOPs, workflows, and validation practices for the lab that are safe, efficient, and repeatable.
  • Maintain constant inspection readiness for the lab, ensuring validation, QC, maintenance, and corrective-action records are complete and current.
