CPQ Functional Analyst Lead

About The Position

Lennox is seeking an experienced CPQ Functional Analyst to join their team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of their Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in CPQ processes, hands-on experience integrating CPQ with SAP, and familiarity with Revalize FPX (formerly FPX). Experience in the HVAC industry or other complex, engineered-to-order product environments is a strong plus. The CPQ Functional Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT partners, and solution architects to enhance quoting workflows, product configuration logic, pricing methodologies, and approval processes that support operational excellence and improve the customer experience. This role involves serving as a CPQ subject matter expert for ongoing enhancements, change requests, and system improvements. The analyst will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and configuration designs, and optimize product configuration rules, pricing structures, and quoting workflows for accuracy and efficiency. A key part of the role is partnering closely with technical teams to support and enhance CPQ–SAP integrations, including master data synchronization, pricing updates, and order management workflows, and working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless end-to-end data flow. Experience with SAP C4C integration and SAP PI/PO integration is a strong plus. The role also includes configuring and maintaining FPX system components such as product models, pricing logic, rules, approval matrices, and UI layouts, and working with the Revalize toolset, including DDF (Dynamic Data Framework), PDM (Product Data Management), and Workflow & Approval Management. Support during FPX upgrades, releases, and feature rollouts is also expected. The analyst will act as a liaison between business units, engineering, sales, and IT, leading workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, user story development, and process optimization discussions. Providing training and documentation to end users, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, performing functional testing, regression testing, and validation of CPQ updates, and supporting issue triage, production support, and root-cause analysis are also key responsibilities. Ensuring CPQ solutions meet compliance, data integrity, and security standards is paramount.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 8 years related experience.
Strong understanding of CPQ business processes, including configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, and approvals.
Hands-on experience integrating CPQ systems with SAP (SD, MM, or Variant Configuration modules preferred).
Ability to write functional specs, test scripts, documentation, and process flows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Experience with Revalize FPX CPQ platform.
Background in the HVAC industry or related complex manufacturing sectors (industrial equipment, engineered solutions, etc.).
Knowledge of product configuration models, BOM structures, or engineering rules.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or others).
SAP C4C integration and SAP PI/PO integration experience.

Responsibilities
