About The Position

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant with a tax or audit emphasis to join its Lincoln team. Requirements

• Licensed CPA.
• Significant public accounting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial data to a broad range of clients.
• Prior experience supervising or managing teams.
• Strong client-service mindset and ability to build rapport and trust.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
• Assume responsibility for all phases of engagements, from planning through delivery of financial statements and tax returns for small and medium-sized clients.
• Identify issues with clients’ processes and controls and recommend improvements.
• Maintain quality client relationships.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Supervise or manage teams.
