About The Position

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP is seeking an experienced, licensed CPA to join its Lincoln team. Requirements

Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex financial data for a broad range of clients.
Prior experience supervising or managing teams.
Strong client service mindset and ability to build rapport and trust.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
Manage all phases of assignments, from planning to delivery of financial statements and tax returns for small and medium-sized engagements.
Identify issues with clients’ processes and controls and recommend improvements.
