About The Position

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP is seeking an experienced, licensed CPA to join its Lincoln team. This opportunity offers a leadership role with a potential track to partnership for the right candidate. The CPA will manage their own client base and oversee assignments for small and medium-sized engagements from planning through delivery of financial statements and tax returns. Requirements

Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial data to a broad range of clients.
Prior experience supervising or managing teams.
Strong client-service mindset and ability to build rapport and trust.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
Manage all phases of assignments for small and medium-sized engagements, from planning through delivery of financial statements and tax returns.
Identify issues with clients’ processes and controls and recommend improvements.
Maintain quality client relationships.
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Supervise or manage teams.
