About The Position
The Office of Community Engagement is seeking a CPA Youth Coach for Federal Work-Study. This role involves co-facilitating daily groups focused on cognitive-behavioral treatment, life skills, restorative practices, and career readiness. The coach will also conduct pre-employment workshops and/or counseling sessions, and model professionalism, reliability, and positive communication.
Requirements
- Interest in education, youth development and/or corrections
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Cultural competency
- Must be 18 years old
Responsibilities
