About The Position
This is a student employment position for a CPA Youth Coach within the Office of Community Engagement. The role involves co-facilitating daily groups focused on cognitive-behavioral treatment, life skills, restorative practices, and career readiness. Additionally, Youth Coaches will conduct pre-employment workshops and/or counseling sessions, modeling professionalism, reliability, and positive communication.
Requirements
- Interest in education, youth development and/or corrections
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Cultural competency
- Must be 18 years old
- Required to complete site trainings
Responsibilities
