About The Position

The CPA Associate Program, Finance & Accounting is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Candidates will be supported in following a work plan that is in the process of being approved by CPA Ontario, to ensure you meet the Professional Work Experience requirement. This program provides a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting, and FP&A, while also building capabilities in business partnering, data analysis, and finance transformation. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, strong analytical thinking, a commitment to accuracy and quality, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

  • Registered with CPA Ontario and have met the CPA Ontario admission requirements including: A recognized degree or equivalent, At least 120 credit hours (or equivalent), Meet the minimum GPA across those 120 credit hours, as outlined on the CPA Ontario website, Successful completion of the Knowledge Assessment or CPA Qualifying Courses Program
