About The Position

Rochester Motor Cars is seeking part-time Courtesy Shuttle Drivers for its busy dealership. The driver supports a positive customer service experience by transporting customers to or from their homes or offices while their vehicles are being serviced. The role also includes maintaining assigned shuttle vehicles and communicating with dealership staff about pickups, drop-offs, service disruptions, and vehicle maintenance needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Must be insurable by Rochester Motor Cars' liability insurance provider.
Must pass a background check and drug screen before hire.
Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicles are repaired.
Use good judgment and safe driving skills.
Maintain a timely shuttle route and advise customers of departure and arrival times.
Assist customers in getting in and out of vehicles.
Use a mobile device to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles and report service disruptions.
Use the Quickride program to track customer pickups and drop-offs.
Notify the service manager of shuttle vehicle maintenance needs, including oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
Clean assigned vehicles, including dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and rinsing.
Keep assigned vehicles neat and organized.
Refuel vehicles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
