About The Position

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to serve as a customer service ambassador. The role involves properly handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service. Courtesy Clerks help shoppers locate products, gather carts from outdoors, sweep and clean up spills, and otherwise represent Sprouts to customers. The position suits friendly, outgoing people who work well with a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Many team members begin in this role and may advance to other positions in store departments.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Dependable and reliable.
Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
Be able to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.

Responsibilities

Handle and bag shoppers’ groceries properly.
Deliver extraordinary customer service.
Help customers find products in the store.
Gather carts from outdoors.
Sweep and pick up spills.
Follow all Front End procedures.
Work closely with other Team Members throughout the store.
