About The Position

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to serve as a customer service ambassador in a fast-paced grocery store. The role involves properly handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service and creating an inviting experience for customers and team members. Courtesy Clerks help customers find products, gather carts from outdoors, sweep, and clean up spills. The position calls for a friendly, outgoing attitude, teamwork, and a focus on helping customers make healthier choices. Many team members begin in this role and may be promoted to other positions throughout the store. The pay range is $17.00–$18.75 per hour. Sprouts determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications. Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.

Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other team members throughout the store.
