About The Position

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to serve as a customer service ambassador and create inviting experiences for shoppers and team members. The role focuses on properly handling and bagging groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service. Courtesy Clerks help customers find products, gather carts from outdoors, sweep, and clean up spills. The position suits someone with a friendly, outgoing attitude who enjoys teamwork and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Team members may have opportunities to grow into other positions throughout the store.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Dependable and reliable.
Outgoing and friendly behavior.
Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as business needs change.
Ability to follow Front End procedures and work closely with other Team Members.

Responsibilities

Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries.
Provide extraordinary customer service and help customers find products.
Gather carts from outdoors.
Sweep and pick up spills.
Follow all Front End procedures.
Work closely with other Team Members throughout the store.
