About The Position

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to serve as a customer service ambassador and create inviting experiences for shoppers and team members. The role involves properly handling and bagging groceries while providing extraordinary customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Courtesy Clerks help customers find products, gather carts from outdoors, and maintain clean areas by sweeping and addressing spills. The position calls for a friendly, outgoing attitude and an understanding of teamwork. Sprouts notes that many team members begin in this role and advance to other positions across the store.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Be dependable and reliable.
Show outgoing and friendly behavior.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
Be able to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.

Responsibilities

Handle and bag shoppers’ groceries properly.
Deliver extraordinary customer service.
Help customers find products in the store.
Gather carts from outdoors.
Sweep and pick up spills.
Follow all Front End procedures.
Work closely with other Team Members throughout the store.
