About The Position

This position is responsible for the case management supervision of adult probation offenders. The chosen candidate will be required to complete risk/needs assessments, prepare case plans, complete log notes, and attend court hearings. The chosen candidate will also submit affidavits and reports to the Court and may be asked to appear to testify in court proceedings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in a social services field
  • Minimum of one year experience in the field of criminal justice
  • Experience relating directly to probation supervision
  • LS/CMI and WRNA certification
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices
  • Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to multi-task
