The Court Reporter performs senior professional level duties on a day-to-day basis to achieve the short- and long- term goals of the work group. This role involves documenting, maintaining, and preserving required records and statistics pertaining to departmental operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, statutes, and regulations, and recommending or developing departmental policies and procedures. The position also includes maintaining and updating files, managing special projects, and stenographically recording testimony of all court proceedings as requested by attorneys and/or the Court. Performs all other related duties involved in the operation of the business as assigned or required.
