About The Position
The Provider Operations Team at Steno is different because it focuses on being the court reporter's best friend, ensuring the right reporter is on the right job every time and providing support throughout their journey. This is a small team of four, offering significant ownership where individual contributions are visible and impactful. The role is dynamic, with daily tasks varying between inbox triage, onboarding support, event coordination, and reporter relationship management, adapting to the network's most pressing needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume onboarding, project coordination, community engagement, or customer/client relations.
- Genuinely self-directed: ability to identify and handle problems without waiting for direction.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Ability to pick up tools like Zendesk and Asana quickly.
- Warm, professional presence that makes court reporters feel taken care of.
