The Seventh Judicial District is accepting applications for one full-time Court Operations Leadworker I for Douglas, Morrison, and Todd Counties for current MN Judicial Branch employees. While the candidate selected will have some flexibility, the primary office assignment is in one of the three counties listed above and will be required to travel regularly to other counties where there is a business need, on average two to three days per week. Mileage reimbursement between counties will be provided in accordance with the Travel and Reimbursement Policy. This position involves a full range of court operations and case processing work for all areas of Court Administration. The Court Operations Leadworker serves as the subject matter expert and point of contact for staff with regard to Court Administration case processing. This position is responsible for training, reviewing work, scheduling month end and other finance, identifying potential errors or next steps as well as providing case processing guidance in compliance with CAPs or other direction; the position needs to be able to identify errors, needs to have a solid understanding of CAPs and possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide guidance on case processing. Provides back-up and may perform some of the same duties as lower-level classifications as needed. Typical hours for this position are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility based on business needs. This classification is not a supervisory classification. This position may allow for some flexible scheduling and will require good internet connection.
