Position Highlights The Klamath County Circuit Court in Klamath Falls, Oregon, is hiring a Operations Clerk (Court Operations Associate). In this role… You will assist in assuring accurate and timely processing of all Civil, Probate, Family Law, Criminal, Traffic, and Juvenile filings submitted to Klamath County Circuit Court. This position assists self-represented litigants and attorneys in using the court system by informing them of court procedure and policies as they relate to circuit court matters. This position is responsible for preparing appropriate forms and documents, for assuring accurate and timely processing of all monies received by the court, and for creating an accurate case register and record of monetary obligations and payments. This position provides backup for other positions in operations when needed. As part of this position, you will interact with people at a customer service counter. This will include interactions with judges, attorneys, litigants, and with other people who come to the court to have their matters resolved. You will answer questions and assist people, both in-person, email, or by phone. Candidates fluent in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply!
