This role requires a detail-oriented, efficient, self-starter who is engaged and ready to serve a diverse population while promoting an equitable and fair process. The Court Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring equal access to services and creating a welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities include processing and maintaining court records and payments, handling court documentation, assisting in the courtroom, and communicating with the public and other agencies. Compliance with all regulations, state statutes, laws, and ordinances is required. A Court Clerk handles confidential matters with discretion and excels in customer service. The Municipal Court is located at the new Tualatin City Service building with free employee parking.
