Responsibilities
- Greet office visitors, answer telephone, read/respond to email requests, and provide assistance to city personnel and the public.
- Assist in maintaining/coordinating court calendar.
- Assist in maintaining various department financial records.
- Assist in daily credit card processing, reconciling, and bank deposits.
- Assist in opening/maintaining infraction and ordinance violation case files.
- Assist in preparing certification of records and preparing requests for driving/criminal records.
- Assist in preparing paperwork for the suspension of licenses for Failure to Pay and Failure to Appear.
- Assist in processing uniform traffic tickets.
- File forms with BMV and prepare/process forms for suspension of licenses.
- Assist in preparing certified driving records for court initial hearings.
