The position also involves responding to inquiries from the public and court offices regarding statutes, court rules, case information, and procedures, while adhering to customer service standards and refraining from providing legal advice. The role includes maintaining tickler and other reports, and preparing, issuing, and distributing various notices, orders, summonses, warrants, certificates, and certified court documents.
