About The Position

Join a mission that matters. We’re seeking a dedicated Part-Time Course Registrar to support the United States Space Force at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado. This is your chance to contribute to one of the nation’s most forward‑leaning defense organizations working a part time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week. This position is part of a prospective contract and is contingent upon final award notification. Award expected August 2026.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice To Haves

• Prior instructor experience — especially within military or technical training environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update student rosters, prepare graduation certificates, and ensure accurate course documentation.
• Draft and submit welcome letters to incoming students.
• Review and validate visitor access requests.
• Assist with base badging and physical access procedures.
• Help coordinate and facilitate meetings for course and mission support.
