About The Position
The Fowler School of Engineering is seeking a student teaching assistant to help with hands-on classes that utilize the makerspace.
Requirements
- Experience with PCB fabrication equipment
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Experience operating FFF 3D printers
- Willingness to create a welcoming environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist students on equipment for classes through scheduled appointment times
- Prepare parts for class kits
- Assist in cleaning and organization of class supplies
- Assist in testing and developing hands on projects
