About The Position

This is a full-time, 2nd shift position working every Friday - Monday from 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The Courier is responsible for transporting and delivering all assigned items, including medical specimens and supplies, ensuring their integrity and confidentiality. This role requires adherence to schedules, routes, and safety protocols, as well as maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing scheduled maintenance. The Courier will also communicate effectively with clients, staff, and dispatch, and respond promptly to urgent requests. Documentation of deliveries and support for workflow improvements are also key responsibilities. The role involves handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs, and using freight equipment as needed. Collecting payments or signatures may also be required.

Requirements

Valid state driver’s license
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication, customer service.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient related information.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Collect payments or signatures as needed.
