Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
A clean 10-year driving record.
A current driver's license.
An active insurance policy.
Strong visual and auditory acuity.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
Familiarity with logistics and warehouse organization tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent customer service etiquette.
Ability to sit for long periods and perform kneeling, bending & lifting up to 50 lbs.
Background & Drug Screening Mandatory

Responsibilities

Transporting specimens from physician offices, collection centers, and nursing homes to the facility.
Ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance as an OSHA Category I employee.
Strict adherence to safety guidelines and continuous education in Bloodborne Pathogens, HIPAA, and Leaks and Spills.
Following established laboratory policies for specimen handling.
Utilizing appropriate PPE.
Delivering excellent customer service while adhering to a specific route schedule.
Ensuring specimens are accurately labeled and maintained at the correct temperature.
Communicating promptly regarding any customer concerns.
Managing both incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
Assisting in organizing the warehouse.
Maintaining cleanliness.
Printing shipping labels.
Performing daily vehicle checklists to ensure operational efficiency.
