Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to work assigned hours.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine checks such as tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels across campus while enjoying the road and ensuring timely, accurate service.
- Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships with employees and teams.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork with precision.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, following all state laws and company safety standards.
- Support daily operations by responding to client requests, assisting teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed.
