About The Position

Deliver mail and parcels across campus while enjoying the road and ensuring timely, accurate service. Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships with employees and teams. Maintain accurate delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork with precision. Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, following all state laws and company safety standards. Support daily operations by responding to client requests, assisting teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to work assigned hours.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine checks such as tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep.
  • Physical and mental ability to operate a standard company motor vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Approximately 50% of the time this position requires the below physical demands. Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
