About The Position

Responsible for pickups and deliveries from physician offices, clinics, and other locations both internal and external. Accurately, timely and safely deliver supplies, instrumentation, mail, laundry, equipment and other duties as assigned to offsite locations.

Requirements

High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
1+ years driving/courier experience (Required)
Professional oral and written communication skills. (Required proficiency)
Maintain good driving record. (Required proficiency)
Demonstrated ability to use PCs and general office equipment (i.e. printer, copy machine, fax machine, etc.). (Required proficiency)
OH Driver's License (Valid) (Required Upon Hire)

Nice To Haves

Courier, hospital and/or customer service experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Responsible for pickup and deliveries from physician offices, clinics, and other locations both internal and external.
Accurately, timely and safely deliver supplies, mail, laundry, equipment and/or personnel to offsite locations.
Track and document activity through the Logis IDS mobile platform.
Sorts and delivers reports, supplies and other items to various internal and external locations.
Complete and file daily documentation.
Maintain vehicle in excellent operating/appearance condition.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.

Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
