About The Position

The Counseling Hub is seeking a licensed, full-time Clinical Therapist to primarily work with couples. This W2 position offers a competitive salary range of $55K–$80K (base $36K + per-session commission), a $1500 hiring bonus paid quarterly in the first year, and quarterly bonuses tied to outcome-based metrics. The role involves 36 hours per week (32 client-facing + 4 flex), with a 4-day workweek being a possibility. An additional stipend is provided for evening or weekend shifts. The Counseling Hub emphasizes a supportive team environment, professional development opportunities including CEU support and specialized training (e.g., Gottman, EMDR), and streamlined systems with no administrative headaches for the therapist. Requirements

Licensed in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Must be licensed, whether provisionally or fully, to practice therapy in Missouri
