About The Position
Fayette County Children and Youth is seeking a Social Services Aide to join their team. This role involves active involvement and advocacy for children and families within the Fayette County Children and Youth system. Requirements
- Graduation from high school or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license which is not under suspension.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.
- Ability to perform essential job functions.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports including PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance (conditional offer of employment).

Responsibilities
- Drive clients to court, school, appointments, or other agency-approved locations.
- Monitor and support family visits as scheduled by casework staff.
- Prepare and organize required documentation in line with agency policy.
- Conduct routine drug testing or DNA sample collection as directed by staff.
- Complete scanning, filing, mailing, and other office tasks as assigned.
- Build positive working relationships with families, caseworkers, and support staff.
