This position administers, plans, coordinates, implements, monitors, and provides technical assistance for the Intellectual Disabilities/Autism program under the direction of the DS Program Director, BH/DS Deputy Administrator, and BH/DS Administrator. As a County ID Program Specialist 1, you will perform the following duties: Program Coordination: Manage participant directed services and ensure all documentation follows required guidelines Employment Support: Lead employment initiatives, guide stakeholders, and assist youth transitioning from school to work Quality Oversight: Conduct reviews, monitor data, and support quality management activities across assigned programs Eligibility Processing: Review Medicaid Waiver eligibility, submit required documents, and coordinate changes with the County Assistance Office Incident Review: Evaluate incident reports within required timeframes, complete investigations, and provide technical assistance to providers Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with SCOs, providers, and community agencies to support program goals.
