As a County Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of Community Living Support Programs within your assigned county. You will guide onboarding for individuals and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), support staff development, and serve as a key liaison with county partners, case managers, families, and community stakeholders. This role combines operational leadership, people management, and community engagement to ensure exceptional care delivery and program growth. We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic work environment and embraces both leadership and hands-on support.
