About The Position

Flying S Title and Escrow, a subsidiary of Title Financial Corporation (TFC), is seeking a Vice President / County Manager to lead our Preston, ID office. As a family-owned company providing title and escrow services since 1905, we take pride in developing talented individuals and fostering long-term careers. As Vice President / County Manager, you will drive financial and operational success, lead a high-performing team, and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the business. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of related experience OR 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership, financial management, and business development skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Valid driver's license & ability to travel as needed
• Notary Public & Title Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
• Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiduciary responsibilities are met.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop and execute a marketing plan, execute sales strategies, and represent the company at industry and community events.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and implement risk management procedures.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
