Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and move countertops with assistance
- Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Construction or installation experience is helpful, but not required
- Experienced installers can earn up to $30/hour
- New to the trade can start at $19/hour, with a raise to $20/hour after completing our 90-day training program
Responsibilities
- Safely unload and transport countertops with team support
- Complete installations accurately according to project plans
- Keep company vehicles stocked and job-ready
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service on-site
- Safely operate company vehicles when required
