The Field Service Technician (FST) is a trusted Cambria ambassador of service who is responsible for exceptional on-site service to our residential and commercial clients, by providing customer service, assessing customer concerns, and performing Finish Work where applicable. This role involves traveling to customer sites to evaluate product related claims, deliver outstanding customer service, inspect claims thoroughly, gather necessary details, take photographs, and provide complete and timely documentation of findings and work performed. The FST will articulate service solutions and options while setting proper expectations and perform on-site repairs using Cambria’s approved standards, techniques, and materials, maintaining a high level of quality workmanship. Additionally, the role requires arriving on time to appointments, completing tasks within expected timeframes, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team. The FST will partner and communicate effectively with the Regional Product Representative about the site visit and product findings, maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent working condition, and ensure a professional appearance at all times. The position also includes performing additional duties or projects as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.
