About The Position
This role involves assisting with restocking items, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting team members. The Counter position interacts with customers, resolves complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner, and relays relevant information to supervisors. Additional duties include replenishing condiments and general supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of the concession area, and ensuring compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
