About The Position

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Counter-Uncrewed Systems Capability Analyst to support the development of NATO capabilities for countering uncrewed systems and improvised explosive devices. The analyst will collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to identify and assess capability requirements, contribute to doctrine and capability-development products, and coordinate activities across the DOTMLPFI lines of development. This role involves supporting program management, reviewing lessons and best practices, organizing workshops, maintaining program information, and coordinating with NATO agencies and other military and civilian organizations on capability development and validation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or a comparable national academic or military-college qualification, in Engineering, Information Systems, Aeronautics, Operations Research, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years within the past ten years briefing senior leaders or decision-makers.
  • Minimum of five (5) years within the past twelve years of operational knowledge of counter-uncrewed systems or counter-improvised explosive device functions at the tactical, operational, or strategic level. Relevant backgrounds include C-UAS, counterthreat or force-protection, and C-IED roles in a joint headquarters, whether military or civilian.
  • Minimum of two (2) years within the past ten years of program or project management experience in a complex environment focused on military capability development.
  • Minimum of two (2) years within the past ten years working in a multinational organization, such as a NATO command or the European Defense Agency, with familiarity with NATO agencies' roles in system development.
  • Ability to analyze capability requirements, coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders, and prepare clear reports and briefings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative software.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • An active NATO or national Secret clearance or higher.
  • Must have a valid passport from a NATO member nation without travel restrictions to NATO nations.
