About The Position
Our Counter Sales Representative has a direct impact on our customers by providing personal service in our locations. This role involves providing information to customers about products, services, pricing, promotions, and delivery, entering orders into the system, and filling customer orders promptly and accurately. The representative will also handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, stock shelves, maintain warehouse aisles, conduct stock checks, and assist in shipping and receiving as required, along with general warehouse duties.
Requirements
- Strong customer service background
- Solid understanding of plumbing products
- Results oriented with strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and enjoying working with others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with general computer programs
Responsibilities
