About The Position

The Counter Sales/Warehouse position serves as a key face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. This role generates sales while providing accurate, courteous service and handling customer orders and inquiries. Responsibilities include receiving material, maintaining showroom and organization, preparing orders, and shipping products. The role also supports other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network. Requirements

  • One year of work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow within the organization.
  • Team player with an open-minded approach.
  • Customer service focused.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
  • Receive and handle warehouse material.
  • Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain showroom and warehouse organization.
  • Prepare orders.
  • Ship products.
  • Support other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network.
