About The Position

City Electric Supply (CES) is a family-owned electrical wholesaler with a worldwide service network, emphasizing customer service. The company has grown for over 65 years, now employing more than 7,400 people at over 1,000 branches globally, with over 500 in North America. CES aims to add 30-35 branches annually while maintaining its core values. The Counter Sales/Warehouse position is a primary customer contact, responsible for generating sales, providing courteous service, and handling customer orders and inquiries. Key duties include receiving materials, maintaining showroom and warehouse organization, preparing orders, and shipping products. This role also supports other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone
Receive and handle warehouse material
Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships
Assist with customer deliveries as needed
