We are seeking qualified applicants for our Counter Sales Representative position at our North Liberty, IA location. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales, and maintaining product knowledge and inventory.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product offerings.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional service to walk-in customers.
- Assist customers in identifying the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain product knowledge to offer valuable information and suggestions.
- Stock shelves, ensure the sales floor is organized, and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders.
