Counter Sales Representative
About The Position
Join Bayside Electric Supply Co, Inc as a Counter Sales Representative where you'll work closely with customers to process sales orders for various electrical supplies. You will assist customers in person at the counter by identifying their needs, entering orders into our system, and coordinating with the warehouse team to fulfill orders promptly. This role requires a proactive and friendly approach to customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Previous experience in electrical supplies is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow with our company.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills for order entry.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally both in person and via phone, text or email.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift materials weighing 30-50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
