Counter Sales Representative - Bellevue
About The Position
North Coast is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for the Contractor, Industrial & OEM Market. This role involves handling quotations, order entry, tracking, and providing proactive customer service. The representative will also manage counter sales duties, build relationships with key vendors and customers, maintain merchandising displays, and assist the warehouse with tasks like wire cuts, filling orders, and loading delivery trucks. A commitment to a proactive and team-oriented sales approach, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting customer service guarantees are key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- Possess a personal and professional vision of success in teamwork
- Previous sales experience and product knowledge in the electrical field is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated problem solver in a team environment
- Positive attitude, willingness and desire to improve skill level
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel/Word
- Proficiency in Solar Eclipse is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Counter Sales for Contractor, Industrial & OEM Market
- Quotations, order entry, tracking and proactive Customer Service
- Counter and other sales/support duties as directed
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors
- Commit to proactive and team approach to sales
- Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities
- Promote heavily the DOTP (Deliver on the Promise) CSG’s (Customer Service Guarantees) for increased share
- Relationship building with Will Call customers
- Daily merchandising display maintenance
- Helping warehouse as needed (wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery truck)
- Other duties as assigned
