Requirements

• Exceptional customer relations skills
• Knowledgeable in HVAC service/sales
• Basic computer skills, including but not limited to using order management software
• Able to handle multiple assignments at once
• Reliable, punctual and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Two years of industry experience
• Comfortable answering the phone and making calls on behalf of the company
• Able to lift at least 50lbs
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, parts and terminology

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine their needs, describe merchandise, and answer customer questions.
• Enter and pull orders.
• Complete customer transactions, compute sales prices, and process orders.
• Keep up to date on current sales, promotions, and policies regarding products, payments, exchanges, etc.
• Provide product demonstrations to customers.
• Answer the store phone.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
