Counter Sales Associate (HVAC & Refrigeration)
About The Position
Duncan Supply Company, Inc. is a family-owned organization and an industry leader in distributing a wide range of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and food service equipment and supplies. We are a highly trusted service-first organization due to the care and commitment of our team of dedicated employees. We are growing and currently have an open position for a Counter Sales Associate at our Muncie location. Our Counter Sales Associates are an integral part of getting our customers the product they need. They ensure that customers find the parts they need, complete orders, and track order progress.
Requirements
- Responsible and reliable
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to process orders from start to finish while keeping customers aware of any delays
- Ability to lift 70lbs occasionally
- US work authorization
- Valid drivers license
