About The Position
Local based and family-owned company is seeking an entry level FullTime sales rep Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays. Company is willing to train.
Requirements
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Answer emails and any text received.
- Greet and assist customers with any questions.
- Take orders/quotes from customers.
- Create refunds and returns for customers.
- Process orders in the system and post payments accurately.
- Call vendors in search of prices & availability of products.
- Keep customers updated with their orders.
- Open and close out their register at the end of every day.
- Restock and price incoming inventory.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, such as store cleaning.
- Comply with handbook policies.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
